A. Prices and quotes are subject to change without notice.

B. All orders are subject to approval by our Corporate Office.

C. Additional charges apply for special tests, inspections, or packaging.

D. Country of Origin subject to change.

E. Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the order.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Sales are governed by these terms unless explicitly modified in writing by the Seller.

Seller may require payment before shipment if payment terms are not met.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes unless a valid tax exemption is provided.

Prices exclude transportation charges, which are the Buyer’s responsibility. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be extended due to delays beyond the Seller’s control. Seller is not liable for any damages due to delayed delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled or returned without Seller's prior written consent. Special or modified goods are non-returnable.

Standard goods, when returned with consent, will be credited minus a 30% handling charge. Return shipping must be prepaid by the Buyer.

Claims for shipment shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt and noted at time of delivery.

Seller warrants products against defects for 12 months from shipment. The warranty covers only repair or replacement at Seller’s discretion and excludes transportation, labor, and installation costs. All other warranties are disclaimed.

Buyer agrees to defend and indemnify Seller against any claims from their customers beyond the scope of the Seller’s warranty.

Seller may revise the materials, construction, design, and country of origin of its products without notice.

This contract supersedes all prior agreements and may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.

This contract is governed by Georgia law, with disputes resolved in Georgia courts.
